The HEF4047B-Q100 is a retriggerable astable multivibrator that can be configured as either a positive-edge or negative-edge triggered monostable multivibrator. The output pulse width is programmed by selection of external components (Rt and Ct). Inputs include clamp diodes. • True and complemented buffered outputs
• Only one external resistor and capacitor required
• ESD protection:
– MIL-STD-883, method 3015 exceeds 2000 V
– HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000 V
– MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200 V (C = 200 pF, R = 0 Ω)
