The uP1674 is a Simulated Digital PWM controller that integrates a 3/2-phase PWM controller. uP1674 accurately reports output voltages and output currents to comply with VR12 specification. The uP1674 integrates 2 bootstrapped drivers that support 12V + 12V driving capability. 3/2 phase operation is enabled by a logic level PWM output, achieving optimal bala.
