SI3150 IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler

The SI3150 is an optically coupled 0.6A Output Current Gate Driver, designed to drive most 1200V / 50A IGBTs and MOSFETs. It is intended for driving high power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications.
