The LEOAC32 is a CMOS low power quad 2-input OR gate qualified for use in aerospace environments. It operates from a 2 V to 6 V power supply (7 V absolute maximum rating). The LEOAC32 can operate over a large temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C and it is housed in plastic TSSOP-20, Thin-Shrink Small Outline Package, 20 leads, using golden bonding and Nick.
