DLO4135 43/68 Single Character DLO4135/7 5x7 Dot Matrix Intelligent Display

The DLX413X/DLX713X are single digit 5x7 dot matrix Intelligent Display devices. The DLX413X character is 0.43" high. The DLX713X character is 0.68" high. The builtin CMOS integrated circuit contains memory, ASCII character generator, LED multiplexing and drive circuitry; thereby eliminating the need for additional circuitry. They will display the 96 ASCII c.
