The 74HC7014 is a hex buffer with precision Schmitt-trigger inputs. The precisely defined trigger levels are lying in a window between 0.55 × VCC and 0.65 × VCC. It makes the circuit suitable to operate in a highly noisy environment. Input shorts are allowed to -1.5 V and +16 V without disturbing other channels. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the .
• Wide supply voltage from 2.0 V to 6.0 V
• CMOS low power dissipation
• High noise immunity
• Unlimted input rise and fall times
• Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
• Complies with JEDEC standard no. 7A
• ESD protection:
• HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000 V
• MM JESD22-A115A exceeds 200 V
• Specified from -40 °C to +85 °C and from -40 °C to +125 °C
3. Applications
• Wave and pulse shapers for highly noisy environments
