VIPER122 High voltage converter

The device is a high performance high voltage converter that combines a 730 V rugged power MOSFET with PWM control. The device embeds high voltage startup and current sense circuitry, which helps reduce the number of components in a BoM. Frequency jittering spreads the EMI and allows the use of a smaller filter. The burst mode feature provides very low input.
