TPSMC22CA TVS Diodes

The TPSMC series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. Features ■ High reliability application and ■ Fast response time: typically automotive grade AEC-Q101 qualified less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR min ■ For surface mounted ■ Excellent clamping.

■ Low incremental surge space resistance
■ Low profile package
■ Typical failure mode is short
■ Typical IR less than 1µA above 13V from over-specified voltage or
■ High temperature soldering current guaranteed: 260°C/10 seconds
■ Whisker test is conducted at terminals based on JEDEC JESD201A per its table 4a and 4c
■ UL Recognized body that meets flammabil.
