The TPS22907 is a small, low RON load switch with controlled turnon. The device contains a P-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 1.1 V to 3.6 V. The switch is controlled by an on and off input (ON), which can interface directly with lowvoltage control signals. The TPS22907 is available in a space-saving 4terminal WCSP with 0.5-mm pitc.
