TPQ051006 600-mA Synchronous Step-up Regulator

The TPQ05100x series of products are synchronous boost converters with less than 260-nA ultra-low quiescent current. The device has an ultra-low under-voltage lockout threshold to support different kinds of battery voltages as low as 0.9 V.
