The TD1730 steps down high voltage to z generate low‐voltage chipset or RAM supplies in notebook z computers. The TD1730 provides excellent transient response and z accurate DC voltage output.
The TD1730 is a single‐phase, constant‐on‐time, z synchronous PWM controller, which drives N‐channel z MOSFETs. The TD1730 steps down high voltage to z generate low‐voltage chipset or RAM supplies in notebook z computers. The TD1730 provides excellent transient response and z accurate DC voltage output in either PFM or PWM Mode. In z Pulse Frequency Mode (PFM), the TD1730 provides very high z efficiency over light to heavy loads with loading‐ modulated z switching frequencies. In PWM Mode, the converter works z nearly at constant frequen.
