The SY20466/SY20466A high-efficiency synchronous Boost regulator has an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.25V and can output an output voltage up to 5.5V. The device uses a NMOS MOSFET for the main switch and a PMOS for the synchronous switch. The output is disconnected from the input during shutdown mode and features programmable output-current lim.
