ST7773 262K Color Single-Chip TFT Controller/Driver ST7773 is a single-chip controller/driver for 262K-color, graphic type TFT-LCD. It consists of 528 source line and 220 gate line driver circuits. This chip can be connected to a microprocessor direct through Serial Peripheral Interf.
