The SPF6102 is 3-phase Brushless Motor Driver IC. The IC is suitable for the applications which the maximum applied voltage to the motor is 150 V or less. The IC is driven by a bootstrap circuit, and the charge to this boost power supply (boot capacitor) is supplied from the internal auxiliary power supply. This auxiliary power supply is boosted by the inter.
