SMV1249-040LF Hyperabrupt Junction Tuning Varactors

The SMV1247-SMV1255 group of silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes is designed for use in Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) with a low tuning voltage operation.
