30V N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET ■FEATURE The SMC4734 is the N-Channel logic enhancement mode power field effect transistor is produced using high cell density and trench DMOS technology. It has been optimized for low gate charge, low RDS(ON) and fast switching speed. These devices are well suited for high efficiency fast switching application.
