Turns device OFF when "HIGH", on when "LOW”. Controls the bias current in the RF amplifier. Must be decoupled externally to ground through 1nF capacitor. This is the common emitter input to the base of the RF transistor. It is DC biased externally through a suitable inductor to the bias pin, pin 2. Must be connected to the system ground with minimum inductan.
