The SDC686 is an integrated circuit which includes Hall Tsensor and output drive circuits. It’s widely used in 2-phase brushless DC motor and fan. It’s composed of Npower reverse protection circuit, high stable voltage Eregulator, Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger and open collector output (DO, DOB). MIn the case of power supply reverse connecting, the Uinternal protection diode can protect IC but not protect CONFIDENTIAL DOCcoil, a protection diode can be added if necessary.
