RT9139 Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifier

The RT9137/RT9138/RT9139 consist low power, high slew rates, rail-to-rail input and output operation amplifiers. The RT9137 contains a single amplifier, RT9138 contains two amplifiers and RT9139 contains four amplifiers in one package. The RT9137/RT9138/RT9139 have high slew rates (120V/μs), 35mA continuous output current, 300mA peak output current and offse.
