RP1215 600mA Adjustable Output Voltage CMOS LDO Regulator

The RP1215 is designed for portable RF and wireless applicaiton with demanding performance and space requirements. The RP1215 performance is optimized for battery-powered systems to deliver low noise and low quiescent current. Regulator ground current increase only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the battery life. The RP1215 also works with low-ESR c.
