RFVC1824 Low Noise MMIC VCO

Pin 1-14 15 16 Name N/C GND RFOUT Description No internal connection. Connect to PCB ground. Connect directly to PCB ground for best performance. RF out. This pad is AC coupled and matched for optimum POUT. A 50Ω termination is recommended for this pin. Interface Schematic 17-19 20 21 22 N/C VCC N/C VTUNE No internal connection. Connect to PCB ground.
