Features

The output voltages are internally fixed at either of the following: 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 3.4 V, 5.0 V, 5.5 V, 6.0 V, 6.4 V, 7.5 V, 8.0 V, 8.5 V and 9.0 V. The output voltage accuracy is ±0.6%. The packages for this device range from high-density mounting to ultra high wattage. The R1524x is offered in four packages; a 5-pin SOT-23-5, a 5-pin SOT-89-5, .
