P3T1085UK is a temperature-to-digital converter with a -40 °C to +125 °C range. It uses an on-chip band gap temperature sensor and A-to-D conversion technique with overtemperature detection. The device contains a number of data registers, including a Configuration register (Conf) to store the device settings (such as device operation mode), and a temperature.
• I3C (up to 12.5 MHz) and I2C (up to 3.4 MHz) interface
• Supply range: 1.4 V to 3.6 V
• Programmable undertemperature and overtemperature alerts
• Resolution: 12 bits (0.0625 °C)
• Accuracy:
– 1.4 V < VCC < 3.6 V
– ±0.5 °C (maximum) from
–20 °C to +85 °C
– ±1 °C (maximum) from -40 °C to +125 °C
• Low quiescent current: 6 μA supply current
• ESD protection exceeds 2000 V HBM per JESD22-A114 and 1000 V CDM per JESD22-C101
• Package:
– WLCSP6, 1.18 mm × 0.84 mm package
