The P25C08H is Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) Automotive grade device operating up to 125°C. The P25C08H contains a memory array of 8 Kbits (1 Kbytes), which is organized in 32 bytes per page. It is compliant with the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 1. Features AEC-Q100 qualified Sin.
