P24C32H I2C-Compatible Serial E2PROM

The P24C32H is I2C-compatible Serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) device. It contains a memory array of 32 Kb (4 Kbytes), which is organized in 32 bytes per page. Features  Single Supply Voltage and Support Fast and High Speed Mode  Minimum operating voltage down to 1.7 V  400 kHz/1 MHz clock from 1.7 V to 5.5 V  3.4 MHz clock.
