P24C256B_Auto Automotive I2C-Compatible Serial E2PROM

The P24C256B is I2C-compatible Serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) Automotive grade device operating up to 125°C. The P24C256B contains a memory array of 256 Kbits (32 Kbytes), which is organized in 64 bytes per page. It is compliant with the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 1. Features  AEC-Q100 qualified  Single Supply Voltage .
