Synchronous control operation replaces the n Enable pin allows programmable BUS UVLO traditional catch diode with an Nch MOSFET resulting n Less than 50 nS adaptive deadband in improved converter efficiency. The NX2113 controller n Internal 300kHz for 2113 and 600kHz for 2113A is optimized to convert bus voltages from 2V to 25V to n Internal Digital Soft Start Function outputs as low as 0.8V vol.
