¡ Semiconductor MSC2313258A-xxBS2/DS2 1,048,576-Word ¥ 32-Bit DRAM MODULE : FAST PAGE MODE TYPE WITH EDO 1 The Oki MSC2313258A-xxBS2/DS2 is a fully decoded 1,048,576-word ¥ 32-bit CMOS dynamic random access memory composed of two 16-Mb (1M ¥ 16) DRAMs in SOJ. The mounting of two DRAMs together with decoupling capacitors on a 72-pin glass epoxy SIMM Pack.
