MMBZ20VCL Double ESD protection diodes

Unidirectional double ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diodes in a common cathode configuration, encapsulated in a SOT23 (TO-236AB) small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
