MCP1790/MCP1791 70 mA, High Voltage Regulator Features • 48V (43.5V ±10%) load dump protected for <500 ms with a 30 second repetition rate (FORD Test Pulse G Loaded) • Wide steady state supply voltage, 6.0V - 30.0V • Extended Junction Temperature Range: -40 to +125°C • Fixed output voltages: 3.0V, 3.3V, 5.0V • Low quiescent current: 70 µA typical • Low shut.
