MBI5167 8-Channel Constant Current LED Sink Driver

Conditions IOUT= 3mA ~ 30mA @VDS≧0.8V; VDD= 3.3V IOUT= 3mA ~ 45mA @VDS≧0.8V; VDD= 5.0V With PrecisionDrive™ technology, MBI5167 is designed for LED displays which require to be operated at low current and to match the luminous intensity of each channel. It provides supply voltage and accepts CMOS logic input at 3.3V and 5.0V to meet the trend of low power .
