The MAX6006–MAX6009 ultra-low-power shunt references are ideal for space-critical and low-power applications. They are offered in 3-pin SOT23 packages, and the minimum operating current is guaranteed to be <1µA. The devices feature low temperature coefficients of <30ppm/°C and initial accuracy of better than 0.2%. Available in +1.25V, +2.048V, +2.5V, and 3V .
