LP6235 High Efficiency 3A Boost DC/DC Convertor

he LP6320A is a 1.2MHz PWM boost switching regulator designed for constant-voltage boost applications. The LP6235 can drive a string of up to 5.5V. The LP6235 implements a constant frequency 1.2MHz PWM control scheme. The high frequency PWM operation also saves board space by reducing external component sizes. The LP6235 features automatic shifting to pulse .

Optimized operation frequency can meet the requirement of small LC filters value and low operation current with high efficiency. The LP6235 includes under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage in the event of an output overload. The LP6235 is available in a small SOT23-6 package.
