LAA127L is a dual single-pole, normally open (1-Form-A) current-limiting Solid State Relay. The combination of super efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die provides 3750Vrms of input to output isolation. The optically coupled outputs, which use the patented OptoMOS architecture, are controlled by a highly efficient infrared LED. Dual single-pole Opto.
