L9914 All silicon automotive voltage regulator

The L9914 is a monolithic multifunction generator voltage regulator intended for use in automotive applications. This device regulates the output of an automotive generator by controlling the field winding current by means of a variable frequency PWM high side driver. The setpoint voltage reference is selected by the engine control unit (ECU) via RVC protoco.
