IS32PM3426 SYNCHRONOUS STEP-DOWN VOLTAGE REGULATOR

The IS32PM3426 regulator is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of driving up to 2A of load current from an input voltage ranging of 3.8V to 36V. The IS32PM3426 provides exceptional efficiency, output accuracy and drop-out voltage in a very small solution size. Constant on-time control mode is employed to achieve simple controlloop c.

Features

include thermal shutdown, VDD under-voltage lockout, cycleby-cycle current limit, over-voltage and output shortcircuit protection. The IS32PM3426 device is available in the WFCQFN14 (3mm × 4mm) package. APPLICATIONS
