• Translates any single ended input signal to 3.3V to 5V LVPECL levels with resistor bias on nD input
• Duty cycle skew: 10ps (typical)
• Propagation delay: 400ps (typical)
• LVPECL mode operating voltage supply range: VCC = 3.0V to 5.5V, VEE = 0V
• ECL mode operating voltage supply range: VCC = 0V, VEE = -5.5V to -3.0V
