· 36 bidirectional I/O lines, with pull-high options
· Watchdog Timer function
· Single 16-bit internal timer with overflow interrupt microcontroller system clock
· 63 powerful instructions
· All instructions executed in one or two machine cycles
· Low voltage reset function
· Crystal oscillator which built-in capacitor value can and timer input
· Power down and wake-up functions to reduce configu.
