The HT46R46/HT46C46 and HT46R47/HT46C47 are 8 -b it , hi g h p e r f or m a n c e, R I S C a r c h i t e ct u r e microcontroller devices specifically designed for A/D applications that interface directly to analog signals, such as those from sensors. The mask version HT46C46, HT46C47 are fully pin and functionally compatible with the OTP version HT46R46, HT.
