4K bytes of ROM, 128 bytes of RAM, 23 I/O lines(21 lines for 28SOP), 16-bit or 8-bit timer/counter, a precision analog to digital converter, on-chip oscillator and clock circuitry. In addition, the GMS81504 supports power saving modes to reduce power consumption. The Stop Mode saves the RAM contents but freezes the oscillator disabling all other chip functions until the next hardware reset or external interrupt.
