FM24C128D 2-Wire Serial EEPROM

The FM24C128D provides 131,072 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) organized as 16,384 words of 8 bits each, with 128-bit UID and 64-byte Security Sector. The device‟s cascadable feature allows up to 8 devices to share a common 2-wire bus. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applicati.

 64-Byte Page Write Modes (Partial Page Writes are Allowed)
 Lockable 64-Byte Security Sector
 128-Bit Unique ID for each device
 Self-timed Write Cycle (5 ms max)
 High-reliability
