BGT24ATR22 24GHz radar sensor

BGT24ATR22 is a Silicon Germanium Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit for 24 GHz radar applications. It provides building blocks for analog signal generation and reception, operating in the frequency range from 24.0 GHz up to 24.25 GHz with 2 transmit channels and 2 receive channels. The analog base band and the ADC are integrated. The whole radar sensor.
