BD63030EKV-C 3-Phase Brushless Motor Pre-driver

BD63030EKV-C is a pre-driver for a 3-phase motor such as an air conditioner blower motor and a battery cooling fan motor. 180° commutation PWM drive minimizes motor drive noise. It has a built-in automatic lead angle control function for high-efficiency drive. Moreover, it has the lock protection time, over current limit detect value, over current protection.
