The AT90SC6464C-USB is a low-power, high-performance, 8-bit microcontroller, based on the new AVR3 enhanced RISC architecture, featuring Flash program memory, EEPROM data memory and a 16-bit crypto-coprocessor dedicated to performing fast encryption and authentication functions. The new AVR3 core allows linear addressing of up to 8M bytes of code and up to 1.
