AH201 Medium Power/ High Linearity Amplifier

The AH201 is a 1W driver amplifier that offers excellent dynamic range in a low cost, 6x6mm surface mount package. This device can be biased as low as +9V for lower power applications and as high as +12V for improved P1dB and OIP3 performance. The backside metalization allows excellent thermal dissipation while allowing visible evidence of solder reflow thro.
