The ADCA3280 is a power doubler with 22.7 dB of power gain at 1794 MHz designed for operation in 24 V applications. The amplifier can also be operated with a lower supply voltage, providing superior efficiency as seen in Figure 10, Figure 17, and Figure 20. The device achieves high RF output up to 75 dBmV total composite power (TCP) with excellent noise powe.
