A7525 SYNCHRONOUS STEP-UP DC-DC CONVERTER

The A7525 is synchronous, fixed frequency, FEATURES  High Efficiency: Up to 92% step-up DC/DC converters delivering high  1.2MHz Constant Switching Frequency efficiency in a 6-lead SOT package. Capable of  3.3V Output Voltage at IOUT=100mA from a supplying 3.3V at 100mA from a single AA cell Single AA Cell; 5.0V Output Voltage at input, the device.

 Low Start-up Voltage: 1.0V frequency of 1.2MHz minimizes solution footprint
 Integrated main switch and synchronous rectifier. by allowing the use of tiny, low profile inductor.
