and zero current detection functions. The thermal warning output is used by system to secure safety operation. The
over current protection function of the device further enhances protection for the converter. The zero current detection
function provides more application flexibility. The uP9646B also provides comprehensive protection functions, including
under voltage lockout for VCC/VDRV, and over temperature protection. The uP9646B is available with a compact
WQFN 5x5-31L package.
