The ACFM-7045 is designed with Broadcom’s Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) technology. The ACFM-7045 also uses Broadcom’s innovative Microcap bonded-wafer, chip scale packaging technology. This unique process results in an assembled in a module with a footprint of only 2 mm × 2.5 mm with a maximum height of 0.80 mm.
