Features |
wide band operation, low noise, high gain and high linearity while maintaining low current consumption. The circuit consists of a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO), a buffered oscillator output, a mixer, an Intermediate Frequency amplifier (IFamp) and a dc control section. The wide mixer IF bandwidth allows this part also to be used as an up converter and exciter amplifier.
